Empower U: Leadership Development Series for Youth

Empower U is a transformative leadership program crafted specifically for Black youth who are ready to step into their power, embrace their identity, and shape the future. Rooted in cultural pride, purpose, and community, this multi-session series is more than just a leadership course — it's a launchpad for the next generation of changemakers, innovators, and community leaders.

Through interactive workshops, peer collaboration, and culturally grounded mentorship, Empower U builds the essential skills needed to lead with confidence, courage, and clarity in today’s world. Participants will explore topics like self-identity, communication, teamwork, emotional intelligence, decision-making, and vision planning — all while connecting with powerful mentors and building a supportive network of peers who reflect their lived experiences.
